Pactiv Corporation asked JRS to evaluate consumer reactions to a new product concept. Our research provided Pactiv with valuable input on how consumers responded to the concept, as well as to the look of the package, anticipated benefits, and perceived value. In addition, the JRS focus groups gave Pactiv specific direction on key communication messages that would support a successful product launch.
