SM is a research-based method for developing brand and corporate positionings. The process incorporates careful analysis of the client and competitor positions in the marketplace with input from management and key stakeholders. We work closely with our clients to use this research as a base to develop a positioning that is credible, compelling and differentiating. We then test and refine the positioning and resulting key messages through qualitative research.
